This episode celebrates Black Breastfeeding Week. I had the honor of speaking with Royale Hunt who is a traditionally trained midwife who has a passion of supporting the black community to help improve the grim maternal mortality and breastfeeding rates. 

This episode was eye opening and a great conversation exploring the realities of the low statistics and dreaming about what it would take to make a change. 

This is an episode for all, no matter what your color is we need to know how to have conversations that encourage and support each other.
